Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sympto via WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Sympto is a service of TechCare Partners (ConceptForge Developers), Indore, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Sympto is a technology platform that helps users describe their medical symptoms and connects them with relevant registered medical practitioners in their area via WhatsApp. Sympto is a booking intermediary — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Sympto's AI-powered symptom matching is for informational and booking purposes only. It does not constitute a medical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns. In case of a medical emergency, call emergency services (112) immediately — do not rely on Sympto.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate symptom and contact information
  • You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent
  • You must attend confirmed appointments or cancel in advance
  • You must not misuse the service for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes
  • You must not attempt to book appointments on behalf of others without their consent

5. Doctor Listings

Doctors listed on Sympto are independently registered medical practitioners. Sympto verifies basic registration details but does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any medical consultation. The relationship is solely between the patient and the doctor.

6. Fees & Payments

Using Sympto to book appointments is completely free for patients. Consultation fees, if any, are set by and paid directly to the doctor at the time of the clinic visit. Sympto does not process payments.

7. Cancellations & No-shows

If you cannot attend a confirmed appointment, please cancel via WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension from the Sympto service. Doctors reserve the right to decline future bookings from patients with a history of no-shows.

8. Doctor Terms

Doctors who register on Sympto agree to: maintain accurate availability information, respond to appointment requests in a timely manner, treat all patients with professional standards, and comply with applicable medical regulations in India. Sympto may remove a doctor's listing for misconduct or inaccurate credentials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sympto and TechCare Partners shall not be liable for any harm arising from medical consultations booked through the platform, missed appointments, or service unavailability. The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

10. Intellectual Property

All Sympto branding, design, and software are the property of TechCare Partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sympto after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Current Terms are always available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
