Sympto is a WhatsApp-based doctor discovery and appointment booking service operated by TechCare Partners (ConceptForge Developers), Indore, India. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you share while using Sympto.

When you interact with Sympto via WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Symptom descriptions and health-related messages you send
• Your preferred location (city / pincode) for finding nearby doctors
• Appointment preferences (date, time, doctor choice)
• Responses to follow-up questions from our AI system

For doctors who register on Sympto, we additionally collect: name, medical registration number, specialization, clinic address, clinic photo, and availability schedule.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Match your symptoms to the right medical specialist
• Show you available doctors in your area
• Book and confirm appointments on your behalf
• Send appointment reminders via WhatsApp
• Improve the accuracy of our AI symptom-matching system
• Verify and onboard doctors onto the Sympto network

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. WhatsApp & Data Processing

Sympto operates via the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages you send are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Sympto processes message content solely to provide the booking service.

Our AI layer (powered by Google Gemini API) processes your symptom descriptions to recommend specialists. Queries sent to the AI are not stored beyond the session unless needed for quality improvement, in which case they are anonymised.

5. Data Storage & Security

Appointment and registration data is stored securely on servers within India. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and access controls. Health-related conversation data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service.

6. Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)

7. Children's Privacy
